Shandong Haorun Automation Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the design, development and large-scale manufacturing of silicon piezoresistive and silicon capacitive OEM sensors, general-purpose, intelligent and industry-specific automatic measurement and control instruments.
During the European economic crisis in 2011, Haorun Technology acquired a complete production line of 3D-MEMS silicon capacitive sensors from VTI, Finland, and introduced its core technology. Therefore, Haorun Technology has its own 3D-MEMS technology and silicon capacitive sensor production line, with an annual production scale of 15 million.
